Your role
Moments Lab is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager / Lead to own pipeline creation and expansion, with a strong focus on the US market.
This role reports directly to Laura, VP Marketing.
This is a hands-on role: you will design, launch, and optimize campaigns across inbound, paid, ABM, product-led growth (PLG), and events — while ensuring close alignment with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
Your priority will be to scale new business pipeline in the US (mid-market and enterprise segments), while also supporting global demand generation programs in EMEA and APAC. You will coordinate external resources (freelancers, consultants, agencies), giving you both ownership and execution leverage.
Your success will be measured in qualified pipeline, PLG activation, expansion revenue, and ROI.
Key responsibilities
- Pipeline ownership → Drive measurable new business pipeline growth in the US, while supporting initiatives globally.
- Campaign execution → Build and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns (digital, paid, nurture, ABM, PLG, events, content-driven).
- Enterprise + mid-market plays → Orchestrate ABM programs targeting enterprise accounts ($400k+ deals) and scalable demand gen campaigns for mid-market segments ($30–50k ACV).
- Always-on inbound → Manage and optimize SEO/SEM, paid search & social, retargeting, and nurture flows.
- Event demand gen → Own event activation strategy (pre, during, post), coordinating logistics and operations with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Sales & CS alignment → Partner with US Sales leadership on ICP/ABM plays, lead quality, and handoff. Coordinate with Customer Success on expansion campaigns.
- Marketing operations → Execute and optimize HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, dashboards, attribution models, and reporting — coordinating with freelancers/agencies as needed.
- External resource management → Manage and brief web agencies, consultants, and freelancers to deliver campaigns, tracking, and ops projects.
- Content collaboration → Work closely with Content & PR teams to co-design campaign narratives, ensure strong messaging, and maximize asset utilization.
- Funnel tracking & reporting → Own campaign and pipeline reporting in HubSpot; monitor CAC, CPL, pipeline velocity, PLG activation, expansion revenue, and ROI.
- Budget execution → Manage channel and campaign budgets with a focus on efficiency and ROI.

Requirements
You share our values? We’re looking for these skills:
- 7–10 years’ experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven hands-on experience building pipeline in the US market, across both enterprise and mid-market.
- Track record of designing and executing full-funnel campaigns that contributed directly to revenue.
- Expertise in paid digital, SEO, nurture/email automation, ABM, and PLG tactics.
- Solid marketing ops skills (HubSpot or equivalent): workflows, dashboards, attribution, reporting.
- Comfortable managing external freelancers/consultants (ops, web, agencies) to scale impact.
- Strong partnership with content teams to fuel campaigns with narratives and assets.
- Confidence owning reporting, KPIs, and budgets.
- Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- A “player-coach” mindset: hands-on executor, able to mentor juniors and coordinate agencies.
- Autonomous, curious, and commercially minded: moves seamlessly from strategy to execution.
- Experience in a scale-up or VC-backed environment is a strong plus.
