Your role
Moments Lab is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help define, communicate, and amplify the value of our AI-driven video discovery platform. This role is pivotal in shaping positioning, go-to-market strategies, and adoption across our US and global markets.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing, translating complex product capabilities into compelling narratives that drive adoption, usage, and expansion. This is a hands-on, strategic role with real ownership across messaging, campaigns, and product launches.
This role can be based in France or the UK and will occasionally require working from the office as well as international travel.
You’ll report to Will, our Head of Product Marketing, and work cross-functionally.
Key responsibilities
- Positioning & Messaging → Refine and adapt Moments Lab’s value propositions across audience segments, industries, and geographies.
- Go-to-Market Strategy and execution → Collaborate with teams to plan and execute launches of new features and products, coordinating cross-functional teams for maximum impact.
- Sales Enablement → Equip Sales and Customer Success with clear messaging, battle cards, presentations, and content to drive demos, pipeline, and revenue.
- Content & Storytelling → Collaborate with Content and PR teams to create thought leadership, blogs, and campaign materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Market & Competitor Insights → Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning.
- Adoption & Expansion → Work closely with Customer Success to design campaigns and communications that drive usage, adoption, and expansion revenue.
- Metrics & Reporting → Track product adoption, campaign performance, messaging effectiveness, and impact on revenue KPIs.
- Performance & Learning → Track results and share insights to improve future launches.”
🔨 STACK
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for complex products.
- Hands-on experience creating sales enablement tools, content, and campaigns that drive adoption and revenue.
- Strong understanding of SaaS product adoption metrics, usage patterns.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills: you can influence without authority.
- Analytical mindset: able to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with launch planning, competitive analysis, and buyer persona development.
- Experience in scale-ups or VC-backed environments is a plus.
