Senior Product Manager - London, England (Hybrid)
Location: London, England (Hybrid)
Reports to: VP Product
Moments Lab is an AI video discovery platform that helps teams discover, clip, and share the best moments from their video libraries—in seconds, not hours or days. Our patented multimodal AI automatically indexes your footage so every moment becomes searchable, and our intuitive semantic and conversational search lets you find what you need using plain language.
We work with entertainment studios, broadcasters, sports organizations, newsrooms, and brands—anyone who creates or manages large video libraries and needs to find footage fast. Whether you're a producer creating an engaging new documentary, an editor looking for the perfect take for a recap video, or a marketing team giving new life to old content, Moments Lab helps you work faster.
As a Senior Product Manager at Moments Lab, you will hold the keys to a critical product area/impact, driving strategy and execution with high autonomy. We are looking for a product leader who has mastered the craft of product management—from discovery to delivery—to the point where frameworks are tools you wield, not rules you follow. Because you possess this mastery, you know exactly when to distance yourself from "textbook" processes to move fast, navigate ambiguity, and deliver tangible business outcomes.
Your Missions
Drive Outcomes, Not Just Features: You are responsible for the success of your product area, measured by customer value and business impact, not just shipping code. You identify the most valuable problems to solve and validate them relentlessly.
Shape Strategy with Autonomy: You define the vision and outcomes for your area. You don't just execute tickets; you synthesize market trends, data, and customer insights to tell a compelling story about where we are going and why.
Mastery of Discovery: You anchor every decision in deep customer insight. You move fluidly between qualitative research (talking to customers) and quantitative data (analyzing usage metrics) to uncover the "why" behind user behaviors.
Ship the Whole Experience: You understand that "shipping" isn't done when code merges. You partner closely with Product Marketing and GTM teams to ensure pricing, packaging, and enablement are ready for launch.
Lead Through Influence: You align engineers, designers, and stakeholders around a shared vision without needing to pull rank. You are decisive in the face of ambiguity, helping your team make progress every single day.
Elevate the Craft: You act as a mentor to more junior PMs, raising the bar for the entire product organization by modeling rigorous critical thinking and high-quality decision-making.
What You Bring
Impact, Drive & Potential: A proven track record in Product Management, ideally within complex B2B SaaS environments, where you have owned a product from conception to launch.
Outcome Oriented: define, fight for and share progress against the customer and business impact of your product area or project.
Sharp Customer Focus & Problem Framing: able to independently understand, define and articulate complex customer problems and opportunities using data analysis and qualitative inputs.
Framework Pragmatism: You have an extended PM toolbox, but you are not a slave to them. You adapt your process to the context to move faster.
Business Sense: You understand how your product moves the needle for the business (ROI, retention, growth). You link product decisions directly to commercial strategy.
Strong Opinions, Weakly Held: You are comfortable making decisions with imperfect data, but you are humble enough to pivot immediately when new evidence proves you wrong.
Communication Mastery: You can distill complex technical or strategic concepts into clear, concise narratives that inspire the team and reassure executives.
