  • Remote working is part of our DNA here at Moments Lab, and we plan to continue offering this way of working to everyone. 

    How does it work?

    ✚ FLEXIBLE HOURS: You are the master of your schedule, to a point. You'll still need to work to hours that enable you to collaborate with your manager and the rest of your team.

    ✚ REMOTE SETUP ALLOWANCE: If you live more than an hour away from the office, you're entitled to up to €600 to kit yourself out with the gear you need to work well - like a good supportive chair, a desk, screen(s), and a headset.

    ✚ COWORKING ALLOWANCE: If you live more than an hour away from the office and want a change of scenery from time to time, you can expense up to 20 days of coworking per year.

    ✚ WORK FROM ANYWHERE (ABROAD): This is subject to compliance with local/international employment laws, and team spirit. You can talk about it with your manager.

    ⚠️ If you work for a period outside of your country of residence where you're legally employed, you must take out a personal international health insurance plan.

  • In addition to the usual annual and sick leave allowance, we offer the following paid days off. If local employment laws provide you with more, Moments Lab aligns with the local rules.

    ✚ MENSTRUAL LEAVE: 8 days per year for people who menstruate. Up to 2 days can be used in a row. No justification/proof needed, and the reason will never appear in our systems.
    ✚ CHILD BEREAVEMENT: 10 days per occurrence. This covers all events affecting any parent who suffers the loss of a child (death, miscarriage, abortion). A certificate needs to be provided.
    ✚ SICK CHILD DAYS: 5 days per employee per year, regardless of the number of children. Applies to children up to 12 years old, no cap on number of days in a row. No justification/proof needed.
    ✚ MOVING OUT: 1 day, once every 2 years. Proof of the new address will need to be provided.

  • 👉 2 paid days off per year

    We use Wenabi to dedicate time to associations and charities dear to our heart. It's a way to give back to the community, and it's something very aligned with our company values. The initiative can also be used for team building activities - the more the merrier!

  • You can expense a birthday meal of up to €50 and you'll be reimbursed. Treat yourself (and others if you like) anytime during your birthday week!

  • 🚨 This only applies to employees in 🇫🇷 

    At Moments Lab we use Swile to offer lunch vouchers.

    For every day worked, 🇫🇷 employees have €10 added to their Swile account (50% paid by the company, 50% paid by the employee). Sick days and vacation days don't count.
